Silicon Carbide Heating Element

Silicon carbide heating elements are non-metal high temperature electric heating element. Made largely from selected quality green silicon carbide formed into blank silicided at high temperature and re-crystallized.
MoSi2 Heating Element

MoSi2 heating elements are resistance heating element made of high purity Molybdenum Disilicide.

In a oxidizing atmosphere, the surface of MoSi2 element forms a protective layer of compact quartz which prevents the element from continuously oxidizing.

In an oxidizing atmosphere, the practical temperature range is 500~1700℃. general uses are found in applications such as sintering, heat treatment on ceramics, magnets, glass, metallurgy, refractory, etc.

Strip Elements

Strip elements made from various alloys up to 6mm thick and 40mm wide. Ideally suited to industrial process furnaces and carburizing furnaces.
