MoSi2 Heating Element
MoSi2 heating elements are resistance heating element made of high purity Molybdenum Disilicide.
In a oxidizing atmosphere, the surface of MoSi2 element forms a protective layer of compact quartz which prevents the element from continuously oxidizing.
In an oxidizing atmosphere, the practical temperature range is 500~1700℃. general uses are found in applications such as sintering, heat treatment on ceramics, magnets, glass, metallurgy, refractory, etc. |
